Tasting Notes

Pisco is a single-ingredient spirit made solely from grapes.

In Típico’s case, it’s specifically crafted from three Moscatel grape varieties: Rosada, Alejandría, and Amarilla.

Our Moscatel grapes are harvested manually, processed artisanally, and later distilled in hand-made copper stills. The entire process is designed to rescue the grape’s full aromatic potential for a true explosion of flavors and aromas in every glass. 

Eyes:

The liquid is transparent, brilliant.

Nose: 

Soft, spiced notes where white flowers like orange blossom and jasmine stand out, along with fruity components of pear and white peach, offering a medium aromatic intensity.

Mouth:

Floral sweetness notes, enhanced by the Moscatel grapes, accompanied by a slight sharpness, with a delightful, lingering finish.
